A lot of training is on the job, there is not much formal training. SO far, I have been able to learn skills in JIRA, SAS, Power BI, and technical skills in questionnaire design, and data analysis.

Offered several industry courses that are well respected in my field. E.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Cisco courses. Additional personal development courses also offered.

Lots of opportunities for training through workshops or seminars. As a graduate there is a set development program throughout the year. The skills taught include project management skills and presenting.

Training can be hit and miss. It purely depends on what you are trying to learn. If you are motivated there is no shortage of things to learn.
