Join our team as an Undergraduate Consultant within Consulting in February 2026!

Our Consulting team work together to deliver end to end strategy and execution engagements, or more targeted operational and project engagements. 

BDO’s Consulting team transforms organisational challenges into opportunities through strategic and operational expertise. Our services span strategy, data analytics, transformation, technology, and human capital driving growth, managing costs, and maximising value for diverse clients across various sectors.  

What you’ll do: 

As a Consulting Undergraduate at BDO, you can expect to: 

  • Assist with developing customised organisational strategies, operating models, digital transformations and utilisation of data to develop insights into business performance 
  • Assist with providing advice to clients on workplace improvements such as culture, leadership, efficiencies and creating effective operations 
  • Design comprehensive plans, roadmaps, and strategies to drive organisational performance 
  • Create business cases for change and future state options to improve operations through data insights, adoption of emerging technologies and process improvements 
  • Identification of critical organisational assets and information for protection and improved governance of sensitive corporate data 

What you’ll get: 

  • A permanent part-time or full-time role within your appointed service line/team

Eligibility 

  • You will be studying towards Management, Commerce, Business, or relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
