As an Escient Graduate, you’ll build personable connections, access individual learning opportunities, and be involved in client engagements to get exposure to real and meaningful work, laying the foundations for your career in consulting.

Escient encourages life and academic diversity. We value an individual’s aptitude for learning and growth above a defined criterion. We don’t ask for a Grade Point Average, but we do require applicants to have completed their studies and be able to commence full-time employment. Applications from Australian and international students holding graduate visas are welcomed.
