That’s why we pledge to empower all our people to make a positive impact. Together with our clients and partners, we're applying inspiration and a powerful spirit of connection to respond to some of the most complex challenges facing our world.
You might think that sounds like a marketing spin, but that’s the lived experience of our graduates, who participate in opportunities across the business, whether in different teams, different locations or different career pathways. We’re a business built on finding your chosen path in a supportive, collaborative environment.
GHD’s commitments to our people include:
What’s in it for you?
Outside of the technical development you’ll gain working within your team, you’ll also join GHD’s Graduate Development Program. The Graduate Program will connect you with graduates across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. It has been designed for future portability, so that no matter where your graduate position in GHD takes you, your learning experience will be impactful and consistent.
During the two-year program, you’ll learn about our business and our values, your team and most importantly, yourself. You’ll develop your decision-making, communication, technical and leadership skills and mentoring.
We offer opportunities to help explore your career pathways, a structured approach to promotions and salary reviews over your first two years and a culture that is friendly, inclusive and not built on hierarchy.
