2025 Global Manufacturing Graduate Program null

• 12-month program designed to broaden knowledge of multinational food company operations
• Intensive, hands-on onboarding focusing on Operations & Supply Chain functions
• Commercial bootcamp covering Marketing, Sales, and Category
• Two 5-month rotations across two functions (below)
• Training in Lean Six Sigma Belt and Kraft Heinz Manufacturing Excellence Program (1 rotation)
• Assignment a factory Team Leader to understand manufacturing processes and enhance leadership skills over (2nd rotation)
• Participation in a site-based efficiency/productivity improvement Business Project to create real business impact

This 12-month program will prepare you to transition into an Operations Management or Technical Expertise path at one of our factories following graduation from the program.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor or Masters Degree completed in 2023 or 2024 – Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical)
• Full, ongoing working rights in Australia at time of application
• Willingness to move across functional areas, and relocate to different cities / rural areas or countries
• Strong extra-curricular achievements that reflect a proactive attitude and ownership
• Passionate about being challenged daily and ready to constantly learn, develop and grow
