The company flies each graduate cohort across the country to Melbourne for training, which is a great experience. Every 6 months the company takes 2 days off for company-wide and professional development. This is a great way to connect with colleagues around the country.

We had a great induction program with some general introduction to Nous combined with a trip to Melbourne that saw us go through consulting foundations and a case study.

Onboarding training takes about 2-3 weeks and covers all of Nous' internal systems, processes and how to become a consultant. Nous also has lots of online learning, including 'savvy sessions' which are pre-recorded online meetings that you can watch to learn about a sector or skill. There are plenty of links to linked-in learning and other online courses to upskill in various skills.
