I am working as a grad software developer who work on several projects. including code development, code maintains and some documentation and some tickets.

Responding to sales enquiries, managing inventory, coordinating marketing and legal resources

I ensure platforms in networks are meeting company cis control requirements. i also work on automation projects on the side.

My role is product manager/innovator. my day-to-day consists of creating and managing projects and implementing strategic operations while also determining the marketing and feature road map for the product.

My role has me working building cyber security platforms for my larger team, ensuring that our networks are protected against cyber threats. i also work with integrating new technologies to the optus product offerings.

Its ok, i could be doing more.

Overall, i have been given quite a lot of responsibility as a graduate, being able to lead many key projects and initiatives, which is fantastic for my experience. day-to-day responsibilities depends on which rotation and team you are in during the grad program but many times it is leading projects and initiatives throughout the organisation, particularly those that are customer success related.

I am in a general hr role, functioning as a consultant. my day-to-day involves responding to general hr queries, as well as working on on-going projects. my role requires me to have excellent stakeholder management skills as i partner closely with slt's across the organisation to deliver on key hr initiatives. it is common for me to spend large amounts of times consulting, advising and assisting the business on such initiatives, and helping ensure they are delivered to a high level.

Currently doing lots of learnings and research to further my knowledge on 5g networks which is very interesting, working with enterprise side of business to work to build solutions for new products. day to day i look into new technologies, how they work, test on devices and other basic tasks,

I'm a data graduate in networks, my day-to-day involves managing the dpm, engaging with stakeholders, completing adhoc reporting requests and completing any assigned learnings.

Day-to-day tasks are focused on supporting key growth initiatives and developing change capability across the organisation. often involves stakeholder engagement, impact assessments and comms/training.

I work as a opex / cost analyst for our business to business division. i produce insights and reporting which enable leadership to understand our cost profile, track out initiatives progress and make efficiency decisions.

I have responsibilities and ownership over project work and given credit and acknowledgement by senior leadership. i am also given tasks by my supervisor who shows a high level of trust but is supportive when i have questions.

I am currently rotating as a Service Designer within the CX department. I design the end to end customer experience and capture the requirements, pain points and opportunities. A lot of my day is spent on Figma to capture the experiences when interviewing customers and stakeholders.
