Pretty flexible, my manager is understanding if i have reasons to work from home, and i can choose which days i come in to office.

Generally, day-to-day optus is extremely good with work life balance majority of the time (9-5pm) and most managers will provide time in lieu if necessary. so you never find yourself overworking too often, or not for long. we have 3 days a week in the office and the option to wfh the other two.

The company is generally quite flexible with hours. there are plenty of flexible working arrangements, and i believe we have a world class bwow policy. it isn't uncommon for leaders to allow employees to leave a bit earlier, or start a bit later to account for personal issues.

Quite good, if appointments are required, its easy to work flexibly and additionally working from home is allowed for these cases, usually 3 days in the office otherwise.

My company is fairly flexible with work hours, however it is most beneficial to work during the traditional 9-5 time slot.

The company is extremely flexible with hours allowing wfh capabilities with each department nominating 2 days wfh and 3 days in office. with the wfh option available (not just on the designated days) it means i have a lot of flexibility.

Flexibility depends on team, preference is 2 days a week but the company is pushing for 3 days a week due to a gceo who thinks we should go back to 5 days a week as the norm.

Based on the teams that I've worked for, my hours are pretty flexible. I work three days in the office and two days at home. I usually work from 9am to 5pm everyday. Hours on Fridays are shorter because sometimes I'll clock off early.

My boss have let me start work earlier and finish early which allows me to get home at a better time so i can go to the gym and enjoy my afternoon. they have been extremely supportive of my work life balance.

When i have to commute into the office, the hours are quite flexible and i usually arrive a bit later, i also leave an hour earlier and do some work on the train.

Definitely work hour requirements are team/project specific. for the most part it is flexible and there is a wide understanding of the good blended ways of working encouraged throughout the organisation.

I work in the office 3 days a week (company standard). hours are typically from 9-5:30, with that increasing during busy periods. working from home is great, but i like it not being more than 2 days otherwise the company feels disconnected
