Your Future Team
In the Program Design & Delivery team, you’ll find yourself in a culture that values curiosity, collaboration and critical thinking. Alongside your peers, you’ll create solutions for problems such as a client having multiple programs and projects of work that are not delivering the value or business outcomes required, or a client is about to purchase another company and is looking for support to plan how the integration needs to run.  You'll use problem-solving, integrity and a growth mindset to make an impact across a range of industries including Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, Manufacturing and Energy. Along the way, you’ll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.

What will a normal day look like?

• Work with client stakeholders to collate information about all inflight projects, including status of delivery, budgets etc. and plan a working session with client participants to surface and solve delivery challenges.
• Review due diligence reports and work with the managers on the engagement structure, the approach and activities for the integration plan.

As a graduate in Program Design & Delivery, you’ll be working towards a degree in Commerce, Engineering, Law, Information Technology or similar. You’ll also need to be either an AU citizen, NZ citizen, AU Permanent Resident or an international student with a work rights visa.

Anticipated start date is February 24th, 2025.
