Our summer internship will provide experience for your final year of university and your career beyond - Youโ€™ll be challenged with real business problems and receive guidance from senior leaders.

We provide a diverse internship that allows you to hone your strengths and stretch yourself to discover new interests and skills.

The Program

Over ten weeks between November 2022 and February 2023, youโ€™ll be placed in sales, marketing, supply or one of our support functions to work on real business projects, engage with senior leaders and support your team with day-to-day operations. Youโ€™ll complete your program by delivering a final presentation to senior leaders in your function, providing you with invaluable feedback and learnings to further develop yourself.ย This may also help fast track your application into one of our award-winning graduate programs in 2024.

Highlights of our program include:ย 

  • Exposure to the inner workings of a large multinational corporation
  • Working on real projects aligned to strategic business priorities
  • Exposure and mentorship from senior leaders across the business
  • Development of your technical skills which could include project management, design thinking and agile ways of working

About You

You are always looking for the next challenge and revel inย leadership and teamwork alike.ย You are inquisitive and aim to Be.ย You will always question the norm in favour of new and exciting innovations.ย You are seeking an opportunity in an agile and ever-shifting workplace and are looking forward to testing your capability within our organisation.

A successful candidate for this role will:ย ย 

  • Be in their penultimate year at university
  • Have less than two years of full-time work experience
  • Be an Australian/NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
