Graduate programme

Our two-year Graduate Programme is the perfect way to start your career adventure. From day one, you’ll be paired with an onboarding buddy, make an impact with community-shaping projects, learn directly from our experts, discover different career paths, and build connections with teams across Aurecon. You’ll have access to loads of learning opportunities to grow personally and professionally, including:

Our 12-week summer programme is designed to give you hands-on experience, guidance from industry experts, and the opportunity to dive into real-world projects. Whether you’re uncovering your passion, developing your skills, or exploring new opportunities, we’ve got your back every step of the way.

Our hiring process

We are looking for applicants who are passionate about co-creating a better future for people and the planet. For those who, like us, have in their DNA the need to leave a positive legacy. We aim to build diverse and inclusive teams to develop unconventional and innovative solutions to our clients’ problems.

We generally have a 4-step recruitment process, which may vary depending on the type of role you apply for. We've designed our process to get to know you better beyond your resume, and equally for you to learn more about Aurecon and what we’re all about.

  1. Application – Submit your resume, cover letter and academic transcript.
  2. Online assessment – You will be invited to undertake an online assessment.
  3. Interview – If shortlisted, our recruiters will contact you to set up an interview.
  4. Offer – If successful, you’ll receive an offer of employment from our recruitment team.
