Recruitment Process

The steps in our recruitment process

Application (please include CV and academic transcript if you have it)
Phone interview (5-10 min chat about the role and your background)
In-person interview or online Webex interview (depending on where you are located)

The selection criteria - to be successful:

Home Care candidates will need some experience in Aged care and/or Home care ( 500 hours +). Ideally with a Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing or equivalent qualification.
Aged care candidates will need some experience in Aged care and/or Home care ( 6 months). Ideally with a Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing or equivalent qualification.
