Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Everyone in the office is supportive and happy to have a conversation. We have multiple cook ups and cook offs in the office. We've volunteered and supported in multiple causes.

Teamwork and support are outstanding, there's no other way to phrase that. Supervisors and managers, even at the senior level, very deeply care about the wellbeing of all staff. Quit regularly people will grab drinks after work, teams will often put on lunches for the whole office on Fridays. Overall it's just amazing.
