Veterans Employment and Engagement

Recognising the unique skills and attributes veterans can bring, we have established a Veterans Engagement Program that provides support and training to veteran’s transitioning from the armed forces into a civilian workforce. In addition, we aim to help educate industry on the value other organisations can gain by employing ex defence personnel and recognising the depth and breadth of the professional expertise veterans can bring.

Today, Veterans make up 30% of our Australian workforce. Our Veterans work on projects and tasks as diverse as financial reporting, project management, human resources management, operations and major programs including Land 121 3B which delivered more than 2500 high mobility logistics trucks to the Australian Defence Force and Land 400 Phase 2, which is delivering more than 200 Boxer Combat Reconnaissance Vehicles.
